𝙈𝙞𝙣𝙙𝙛𝙪𝙡𝙣𝙚𝙨𝙨 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙇𝙞𝙛𝙚 is a structured 8-week mindfulness programme, developed in light of research at Oxford University and other leading research centres, designed to help you bring the practices, skills, and attitudes of mindfulness more fully into your everyday life.
